My first digital camera, whilst it's only 3 megapixel, I still love it and am going to give it to my 3 year old for her to use and start her love affair with photography. It cost me like $700 or more when I first brought it and probably $100 if I brought it today, but it is great. yes it's heavy, but I always find it makes it easier for me to take a photo, light weight I move to much.
